1. Guests are advised to carefully see the fact-sheet before selecting a package. Once a package is selected, any change in the package is subject to management's discretion.
  2. The double room can accommodate a maximum of three persons. In case of triple sharing, a folding mattress / bed is used as third bed.
  3. Meals served at the resorts will be as per the resorts menu and timings of the meals shall be clearly displayed at the conspicuous places of the resorts.
  4. The company however reserves the right to change the meal arrangement, if the circumstances make it necessary wherein a T.D.H. menu will be presented or a meal credit of Rs. 300/- will be provided.
  5. If the guests misses or refrains from availing any meal arranged by the company due to his own reasons, there would be no refund.
  6. Guests are required to pay extra costs for any special services that are not covered in the package price offered by Sonesta Inns. 
  7. Guests need to pay the resort directly for utilizing all such amenities / services like usage of Mini bars, Telephones, Room Service and Laundry etc. 
  8. The guest needs to make request to the hotel directly for early check in / late check out. The same is at the discretion of the resort and is subject to room availability. 
  9. The guests need to pay for early check in/late check out @half day charge in case of upto four hours delay and full day charge in case of upto eight hours delay directly to the resort. 
  10. The company shall not be liable to any loss or damage to the persons and property of the guests arising out of force majeure, out of his own negligence or out of the negligence of any independent contractors and their employees. 
  11. In any case, no liability on the part of the Company arising in any way in respect of any hotel booking shall exceed the total amount paid for the package, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
  12. The rates mentioned are valid only for the mentioned period. The rates are subject to change without any notice. 
  13. All the bookings are non-transferable without permission of the Hotel in case you change/cancel your travel plans due to any reason. Fresh booking will be done in case your family member/friends/colleagues wish to travel on that particular day/period. 
  14. There is a compulsory dinner supplement in all the available packages for Sonesta Inns during Christmas / New Year period. 
  15. All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at Goa.
  16. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
